On 23rd October, the Women’s Club team from BOSCO and its responsible officer, Ms. Walling, held a one-hour session on the Education Survey at the AHVJ Center in Tilak Nagar. The purpose of the session was to provide information about government school registrations, encourage children to attend school, and understand the reasons why some children have been unable to go to school. More than 22 women participated in this session.
The Association of Hazara Voice for Justice (AHVJ) was founded in 2020 in New Delhi, India, by a group of Hazara refugees with the aim of advocating for the rights of refugees living in India and serving as a bridge between the Hazara community in India and relevant refugee organizations. AHVJ is also dedicated to offering educational, vocational, and awareness programs to help refugees enhance their skills and capacities. Our vision is to build a society where everyone has equal opportunities and is treated fairly, regardless of their affiliations, ensuring that no one’s rights are violated or overlooked.
