On Thursday, 4th September, our students came together to celebrate Teachers Day at the Center. This special occasion served not only as a moment of joy and reflection but also as a heartfelt tribute to the invaluable role that teachers play in shaping young minds and guiding future generations. Teachers Day holds profound significance across cultures as it is a time to recognize the tireless dedication, patience, and commitment of educators. Teachers are not only transmitters of knowledge but also mentors who inspire, support, and empower students to reach their fullest potential. Their influence extends far beyond the classroom, instilling values, nurturing talents, and fostering resilience. The celebration at our Center was both meaningful and inspiring, reminding us all of the deep respect and gratitude that teachers deserve. The Association of Hazara Voice for Justice (AHVJ) was founded in 2020 in New Delhi, India, by a group of Hazara refugees with the aim of advocating for the rights of refugees living in India and serving as a bridge between the Hazara community in India and relevant refugee organizations. AHVJ is also dedicated to offering educational, vocational, and awareness programs to help refugees enhance their skills and capacities. Our vision is to build a society where everyone has equal opportunities and is treated fairly, regardless of their affiliations, ensuring that no one’s rights are violated or overlooked.
