Brief Report and Appreciation – Hazara Culture Day Celebration 19th May

On May 19th, the Hazara Voice for Justice Association celebrated Hazara Culture Day in Basco Vikaspuri with the participation of over 200 community members and guests. The program included speeches, cultural presentations, traditional dances, poetry, music, a Hazaragi language quiz, and a fashion show. It was a vibrant and heartfelt gathering honoring Hazara identity. We sincerely thank all community members from Malviya Nagar, Bhogal, Tilak Nagar, and other parts of Delhi for their attendance. Special thanks to Ms. Areti Saini (UNHCR Head of Office), Ms. Sonia (Protection Officer), and Mr. Imam Ali Parsa (Ismaili Hazara Community Head) for their presence and support. We also appreciate the contributions of the Hazara Students’ Association, Youngistan Basco team, music and dance performers, volunteers, and all who helped with refreshments, logistics, and coordination. While some cultural displays and performances couldn’t take place due to time and space limits, we deeply value everyone’s enthusiasm and efforts. Your support made this celebration possible. With gratitude, Hazara Voice for Justice Association
