On December 31, 2024, the Association of Hazara Voice for Justice (AHVJ) attended the State and District Level Quarterly Coordination Meeting facilitated by the JRS-SPEED Project at their office in New Mahavir Nagar, Tilak Nagar. The meeting provided a platform to review the services offered, reflect on the achievements of the past year, and discuss plans for the future while gathering feedback from community representatives. JRS-SPEED representatives shared updates on their initiatives, highlighting key successes and their impact on the community. AHVJ actively participated in discussions, offering insights and suggestions to enhance community support programs. The meeting also focused on strategies for strengthening collaboration and ensuring greater engagement in 2025. JRS-SPEED reaffirmed its commitment to addressing community challenges, incorporating feedback, and working closely with organizations like AHVJ to improve support mechanisms for vulnerable communities. The Association of Hazara Voice for Justice (AHVJ) was founded in 2020 in New Delhi, India, by a group of Hazara refugees with the aim of advocating for the rights of refugees living in India and serving as a bridge between the Hazara community in India and relevant refugee organizations. AHVJ is also dedicated to offering educational, vocational, and awareness programs to help refugees enhance their skills and capacities. Our vision is to build a society where everyone has equal opportunities and is treated fairly, regardless of their affiliations, ensuring that no one’s rights are violated or overlooked.
